October - Noel, Debbie & son - Yorkshire  
Fabulous villa in the perfect position. Just 10 minutes walk to two beautiful beaches, restaurants & bars etc. Great thought & detail has gone into the villa with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The DVD section was a especially welcomed by our teenage son. The villa was spotless throughout with a lovely outside pool area.

We found the villa to be everything we expected from the description and possibly the best equipped we have stayed in. The customer service has been first class. The villa is only 5 to 10 minutes stroll from the centre of Pernera and the beach and is ideally situated. Our favourite restaurants were the Gordon Blue, Nosfarou and Sizzlers. Bars are numerous and all offered something different. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone wanting a relaxed and comfortable holiday in Pernera.

We have just spent 2 great weeks in this beautiful villa, we had everything we needed and more. The owners of the villa really care that you enjoy your stay, from the time you first contact them until the holiday is over. The meet & great was helpful and the food pack really helped us before we went shopping. The villa itself is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. The pool and patio area are really nice, with lots of items to play with in the pool. There is a PADI diving school just 2 minutes walk away. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our family and friends.

If you're after a wonderful relaxing family holiday, then you can't go wrong here. Everything you come to expect from a rental villa but also so much more! The attention to detail was second to none. In a nice quiet area but not too far to walk to all of the amenities in Pernera. There is a nice walk along the new sea front promenade to Protaras, lovely for an evening stroll. Very close to local beaches and restaurants, which offer a variety of food from traditional mezes (recommended), to Chinese, Indian and Mexican as well as full English breakfasts. We have had 3 villa holidays so far and this has certainly been the best.

We had a great stay in a very clean and very well equipped villa. Two of us are divers and the dive on the wreck of the Zenobia was out of this world. I would consider coming back again and would recommend this villa and the area to anyone.

Everything about the booking and stay from start to finish was excellent, we were aware of everything we needed to know and the stay was excellent. The villa was excellent for a family and is in a good location, as it is near to the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach is only a short walk away. The villa and pool were very clean and we would definitely consider coming back again.

This is our second stay at this villa. We chose to come back because we wanted the whole package. Helpful people before and during our stay, everything you need in the kitchen, nice pictures on the walls, good beds and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pernera. If we are going back to Cyprus, this villa will be our first choice.

The reason we came back again is we just love it so much, the villa is so beautiful and the decor and furnishings are so nice, it's a real home from home. The villa has everything we need and is ideally situated for Pernera, Protaras, Aiya Napa and Paralimni. We would recommend it to anyone and hopefully we will be back again next year.
