Price includes

• Meet and Greet
• Welcome pack on arrival
• Bed linen and towels (excludes beach towels)
• Change of bed linen, towels and a bathroom clean on a 2 week rental
• Cleaning after departure

Some villas charge extra for these, so check when comparing prices.

A 10% discount is given for 2 week rentals.

Long term winter/spring rentals welcome at reduced rates, please contact us with your requirements.

Conditions

Flexible on arrival days, please contact us with your requirements. The villa available for occupancy by 3pm on the arrival date and needs to be vacated by 11am on departure date.

A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Additionally a separate security deposit cheque for £150 (refundable) to cover any breakages will be required along with payment of the balance.

This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.

Please note: We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties. The villa is for family/couples accommodation only. We reserve the right to refuse access on arrival in the event that a booking of this nature has been made and not disclosed.
