Villa information
33 Orestiada Valley is now in its 5th year, with several returning guests. Located on the outskirts of Pernera in a peaceful and relaxing location, on the East coast of Cyprus and next to the larger resort of Protaras, it is an air conditioned, fully equipped, luxury villa with its own private pool. The villa comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, but can accommodate up to 6 with the use of a double sofa bed. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach or the centre of Pernera, which offers something for everyone without ever feeling too big or noisy. The villa is next to a 2000SqM landscaped 'green area' which includes benches, a tennis court and a traditional windmill that the local area is famous for. The villa is close to the Golden Coast Hotel for anyone attending a wedding there.

Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob/oven/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, etc. Bedrooms (2) –
Sleeps 4-6, Master: 5ft double bed, bedside tables/lights, dressing table, patio doors leading onto a small balcony with table and 2 chairs, combination safe.
Second: twin beds, bedside tables/lights. Both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes,
full length mirrors and hairdryers.
Double sofa bed downstairs. Cot and high chair available on request.
Bathrooms -
Upstairs WC + shower over bath, downstairs WC.Outside –
Private swimming pool, shower (hot/cold), patio area with table + 6 chairs, large parasol, 4 sun loungers, gas barbeque (gas provided), shed with pool and beach toys.
Air conditioning / heating units in the bedrooms and lounge.
Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the beach). The price includes the villa being cleaned at the end of your stay, and on a 2 week rental includes a change of towels and bed linen and a clean of the bathrooms after the first week.
Welcome pack / tourist information on arrival. Off road parking available on the driveway.
The villa is approximately 40 minutes from Larnaca airport. Private transfer from the airport can be arranged. (Paid locally)
